   " Family Name ", " Given name " & " Nationality "： Names and Nationality of the candidates should be the same as in the passport.

    “本人所享受的獎學金為   ”欄：應填寫所獲得的獎學金項目🧑🏻‍🦼‍➡️，如：“外國留學生獎學金”、“長城獎學金”📩、“優秀外國留學生獎學金”等🛸。

    "The scholarship I enjoy is       ”🧑🏽‍🚒：  The scholarship student shall fill in such items as “Foreign Student Scholarship”🧛🏼‍♂️、“The Great Wall Scholarship”、“Distinguished Foreign Students Scholarship”.

    期限為   年  月至   年  月”欄：應從來華時間開始計算至預定的學業結束時間（同《錄取通知書》上註明的在華學習起止時間一致）。

   “from     / Year     / Month to      /Year      / Month”：The column of duration of study shall begin from the initiative study in China to the time of graduation（same as in the Admission Notice）.

    “在學院校”和“專業”欄⛴：應填寫現所在大學的名稱和目前學習的專業👉🏼👮🏿。

   “ Institution ”and “major” : You shall fill in the blanks with your major and the present institution.

    “本人在本學年內的學習和表現情況如下”欄：學生應對自己在一學年的學習和行為表現情況簡要做一總結。

   “Summary of my study and conduct in this academic year” : You shall give a brief review of the study and behavior during this academic year.
