Notice on Adjustment of Office Hours during 2023 Winter Vacation and the Spring Festival
According to the university’s holiday arrangement, the winter vacation schedule will be implemented from January 2rd to February 19th, 2023, and all the staff will take turns to stay on leave. During the seven-day Spring Festival Holiday (from January 21 to January 27), there will be no service provided.
1. During the winter vacation, the office hours of the International Students Division are as follows:
Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 am, 13:00-17:00 pm
2. The office hours of the visa agent company are:
Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, 13:00-15:30 pm
3. The office hours of the insurance company are:
January 5th / 19th, February 2th / 16th,13:00-15:30 pm
