為紀念港澳臺同胞和海外僑胞捐資建設國家遊泳z40ovb.cn“水立方”，國務院僑辦、北京市政府和全國青聯共同主辦“文化中國·水立方杯”中文歌曲大賽⚗️。自2011年至今在海外已連續舉辦12屆🙁，影響力逐年增加，本次活動特邀留學生同學們共同參賽，現將北京賽區有關事項通知如下：

三、活動安排和流程

1．報名時間及方式

即日起至7月1日下午五點前👲🏿，需將《參賽報名表》發送至郵箱⚇：isd_pku@126.com。郵件請以“歌曲大賽+姓名”為主題。

2．提交選拔賽作品

於7月2日前，提交選拔賽參賽作品（線上提交鏈接：http://h5.people.cn/shuilifang/）🤾🏻‍♂️。作品要求為在50M以內（約2分鐘）的視頻演唱。

3.  選拔賽評審

北京賽區組委會將對提交作品進行專業評審，並於7月5日前公布選拔賽結果😐，遴選出20名選手參加線下晉級賽。

4.  晉級賽

時間：7月7日晚（擬），地點：意昂2新太陽學生z40ovb.cn劇場

5.  決賽

時間：7月9日晚（擬），地點：意昂2百周年紀念講堂李瑩廳

四🍶、比賽方式及有關事項

（一）晉級賽♒️：

由北京賽區組委會組織線下晉級賽，選拔10名選手參加線下決賽🏦。

比賽規則：

（1）名次區分🛠：20位選手按照賽前抽簽確定的出場順序完成個人演唱😒🕴，由評委統一打分🙇🏿‍♀️。最終按照得分順序選出排名前十的選手進入決賽💇🏼。

（2）時長、選曲及伴奏：每位歌手限時5分鐘演唱；
選曲需符合大賽要求，賽前上報給組委會🧑‍🎤；所有選手統一采用伴奏帶的形式進行伴奏，如有樂隊或清唱需求🖨，需在賽前與組委會進行溝通。

（3）評分方式：采取百分製。去掉最高分和最低分後取平均值為該選手最後得分🐭。

（3）獲獎及獎勵：排名前十的選手將進入本次大賽北京賽區的決賽階段🧓🏿。將為所有參與晉級賽的選手頒發證書及紀念獎品🦇👨‍🦯。參與決賽但未獲獎項的選手獲頒紀念證書。

（二）決賽：

北京賽區組委會組織線下決賽👨🏻‍🔬。京外高校進入決賽的選手💦，由各高校留學生辦公室負責帶選手進京參賽。在決賽階段，組織水立方大賽評委協助進行評比👩‍🍼。

更多決賽規則，包括決賽輪次方案，時長🤶🏿、選曲及伴奏🩶👨🏿‍🔬，評分方式🖕，獲獎及獎勵等信息將在報名成功後通過郵件回復👨🏽‍⚕️。

Notice on the 2023 "Cultures of China Water Cube Cup" Chinese Songs Contest (Beijing Division)

Dear international students:

In commemoration of the contributions of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas Chinese to the construction of the National Aquatics Center "Water Cube," the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Beijing government, and the All-China Youth Federation are jointly hosting the "Cultures of China Water Cube Cup" Chinese Songs Contest. The contest has been held overseas for 12 consecutive years since 2011, with increasing influence. This year, we cordially invite international students to participate. The relevant matters regarding the Beijing division are hereby notified as follows:

1. Organizing Committee Members

3. Activity Arrangements and Procedures

（1） Registration Time and Procedure

         From now until 5:00 p.m. July 1st, please send the "Registration Form" to the email address: isd_pku@126.com. Please use "Songs Contest + Your Name" as the subject of the email.

（2） Submission of Preliminary Round Works

         Before July 2nd, submit your preliminary round entry (online submission link: http://h5.people.cn/shuilifang/). The file should be a video recording of a singing performance within 50MB (approximately 2 minutes).

（3） Preliminary Round Evaluation

         The Beijing division organizing committee will conduct a professional evaluation of the submitted works and announce the results of the preliminary round before July 5th. 20 contestants will be selected for the offline promotion competition.

（4） Promotion competition

         Date: Evening of July 7th (tentative), Venue: New Sun Student Center Theater, Peking University

（5） Final competition

         Date: Evening of July 9th (tentative), Venue: Liying Hall, Peking University Hall

4. Competition Format and Related Matters

（1） Promotion competition:

         The Beijing division organizing committee will organize the offline promotion competition, selecting 10 contestants to enter the offline finals.

         Competition Rules:

(A) Ranking: The 20 contestants will perform individually in the order determined by drawing lots before the competition, and will be scored by the judges. The top ten contestants with the highest scores will proceed to the finals.

(B) Duration, Songs Selection, and Accompaniment: Each singer has a time limit of 5 minutes for their performance; the song selection must meet the requirements of the contest and needs to be submitted to the organizing committee beforehand; all contestants will use backing tracks, and if there are any band or acapella requirements, you will need to communicate with the organizing committee before the competition.

(3) Scoring Method: A percentage system will be used. The highest and lowest scores removed; the average of remaining scores will be the final score for each contestant.

Awards and Rewards: The top ten contestants will enter the finals of the Beijing division competition. Certificates and commemorative prizes will be awarded to all participants in the semi-finals. Contestants who participate in the finals but do not receive awards will receive a commemorative certificate.

（2） Finals: The Beijing division organizing committee will organize the offline finals. Contestants from universities outside Beijing will be accompanied by their respective international student offices. During the final competition stage, judges of the Water Cube

         Competition will assist in the evaluation process.

         More information about the finals, including the round plan, duration, song selection, accompaniment, scoring method, awards, and rewards, will be provided via email after successful registration.
